Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days after payment is received.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

We currently deliver to the following countries:

• France (FR)

Additional countries may be added in the future.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order weight.

• Germany: from €4.90 (free for orders over €50)
• EU countries: from €9.9- Bulky / large items: Additional shipping costs may apply for oversized items (e.g. furniture). These will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times

• Germany: 2–4 business days
• Other EU countries: 2–8 business days
• Bulky items: 5–10 business days
